Raava ("Company", "we", "us") provides AI-powered IELTS and SAT preparation services through the Raava platform. All payments for our subscription plans are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorized Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, tax collection, and refund requests on our behalf.

All subscribers can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. No reason is required. Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method.

Once a refund is approved, Paddle will process it within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used. Exact timing depends on your payment provider or bank.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). You will receive a reminder email from Paddle before each renewal.
